Devin Grazzal is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Hollywood, FL who attends Mcarthur. Long and lanky athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Rotational upper body delivery with some energy at release, has a loose and fast arm with good whip coming through, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked in the mid 80's and was up to 87 mph from the wind up, tends to drop velocity out of the stretch, gets nice running action on his fastball and can spot it the glove side. Tends to slow his arm on his curveball, gets big depth on the pitch and lands it well for strikes. Will drop his arm from the stretch to near side arm at times for an other look. 7.66 runner in the sixty. Worked out in the infield with a lower throw slot and good carry on his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow and open stance with a busy hand load, some hand quickness starting his swing, gets the barrel out front with a pull side swing approach. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
