David Yorke is a 2024 1B/C/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Donovan Catholic. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a low hand load, has some lift and uphill plane in his swing, gets good lower half rotation to help develop his bat speed, showed strong and quick hands and created jump off the barrel when he was timed up, projects well as a hitter. 5.10 runner in the forty. Showed good athletic actions at first base defensively, moves to the ball well, quick transfers on his throws, plenty of arm strength for the position, looks plenty athletic enough to play the corner outfield as well. Excellent student. Named to the Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
