2022 Fall Northeast Showcase
Vito Larosa is a 2024 OF/SS with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Northport, NY who attends Northport. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Very good runner, 6.68 in the sixty. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a short stride into contact, has good hand speed, gets rotated well with his lower half, works gap to gap with some extension through contact, drove the right center field gap with carry to show his power potential. Primary outfielder, has some carry on his throws and has a loose arm that projects, still developing his footwork and consistency through release. Nice athlete with lots of projection remaining. Good student. Named to the Fall Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
