Ryan Mitchell is a 2025 SS/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Germantown, TN who attends Houston. Lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 6.83 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has outstanding hands and a very confident glove, works through his back hand very well with active feet, very easy athletic actions, plenty of arm strength for the left side of the infield. Left handed hitter, hits from a bent knee start with an early shift to his front side, whips his hips hard, very fast hands, ball comes off the barrel hard, line drive swing plane now but plenty of power potential down the road. Quick twitch athlete with tools and skills at a premium position. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Georgia Tech.
