Caden Throneberry is a 2026 OF/LHP/UT with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from St Louis, MO who attends Marquette Senior. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a high back elbow start, swing hard with a lifting swing plane, has some bat speed and creates top spin, will lose his front shoulder early at times, pretty smooth and extended through contact, swung it well in games and was on time and squared up. 7.51 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, aggressive to the ball, made an athletic diving play in the games, fields the ball cleanly on the ground, long and loose arm action. Also pitched, has a long stride out front with a loose flowing arm action. Threw strikes with a fastball that topped out at 75 mph, tends to slow his arm on his curveball and change up. Good all around athlete who projects. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Missouri.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
