Elvis Victoriano is a 2023 OF/ with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends Sports Academy. Taller and athletic build that looks the part and still has room for more future strength. Ran a 7.04 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, athletic look and movements during the approach. Shorter arm action with some stiffness but very good arm strength. Gets into his base well and uses his core through release. A right-handed hitter, wider base to start with big intent when he launches. Gets the head out and looks to pull with authority, and does. Massive power potential and already showing some big lift. Very good student.
