Omar Lopez is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Lake Nona HS. Recorded a 7.15 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with solid strength and physicality well-proportioned throughout. Primary outfielder with aggressive actions and stays behind the ball well. Clean actions with good accuracy and had throws recorded up to 88 mph into the infield. Righthanded hitter with a slightly open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Compact swing that is low effort and efficient through the zone. Controlled stroke with a middle of the field approach. Line drive swing plane with a consistent round. Flashed some power to pull and power will only continue to go up. Tremendous student. Named to the 2021 NUC East TP List.
