Quincy Pratt is a 2027 C/MIF, OF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Oxford, MS who attends Magnolia Heights. Tall, lean build with a good amount of room to continue to fill out. 7.66 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher, has good flexibility in the lower half, fundamentally sound receiver, gains ground well in throws. Short arm stroke to a high three-quarters release point out of the crouch, throws have carry and accuracy, recorded throws up to 75 mph. Secondary middle infielder, good range to both sides with solid feel for the leather. Gets overzealous at times with the footwork, good arm strength shown across the infield, throws up to 78 mph. Also pitched, throws from the stretch only, works down the mound well with drop and drive mechanics. Short arm circle in the back to a higher release, fills up the zone with two pitch mix of fastball, up to 77 mph and changeup, up to 65 mph. Right-handed hitter with his hands and back elbow set high, turns the barrel over well with good bat speed. Drove the ball back up the middle consistently and has projectable power as he begins to fill out the frame. Great Student. Named to 2022 13u/14u Fall Georgia Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
