Alex Rodriguez is a 2024 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas. Medium, lean build with plenty of room for projection for the future. Ran the sixty in 6.69 seconds. A primary outfielder, he showed a quick and loose arm and consistently worked through the ball well to get momentum behind his throws. His best toss from the outfield was 83 MPH. At the plate, he hits out of a slightly open stance. Uses a short and compact stroke to spray hard contact to all-fields, including flashing pull side power. On the mound he throws out of a 3/4 arm slot with a medium arm circle. His fastball topped at 79 MPH and had some life through the zone. His curveball had significant depth while his changeup had late fade. Advanced feel for throwing strikes with his entire arsenal of pitches. Great student in the classroom too.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
