Eli Lovich is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 6-4 175 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Blue Valley West. An extra large frame, taller, with strength present. Still, room to keep filling out into the frame as well. Ran a 6.84 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who showed off long strides, creating momentum and getting to the ball, fielding it with a clean transfer. Threw the ball hard with strength behind it at 85 mph out of an over-the-top arm slot. The throws carried to the bag as well. A left-handed hitter with a tall and narrow base, slightly open stance, and had a high back elbow. He uses load and stride timing to get through the zone with some bat speed, creating leverage in his swing. He's on time and athletic in the batters' box with juice showing and a good feel for the barrel. The ball comes off hot; he produced an 89 mph exit velocity. Solid round of BP from the lefty. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
