Primary third baseman on defense, has smooth defensive actions with very good body control, gets behind the ball well and can make plays on the move, confident hands that field the ball cleanly, very accurate throws with good carry, game actions in drills. Right handed hitter, hits from a hanging leg raise load, gets his foot down on time, smooth tension free swing, turns his hips hard and tight, line drive swing plane with some lift out front, solid jump off the barrel, mature hitting approach that projects well.
