Elijah Grant is a 2024 OF/2B with a 5-6 160 lb. frame from Belton, SC who attends Westside. Short and compact athletic build. Very quick twitch athlete, speed and twitch play in the game, 6.28 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, hope he learns to play second base in the future as well, will have big range at whatever position he plays, long and loose arm stroke that works well in the outfield, pure centerfield tools in the outfield. Left handed hitter, has fast hands with a line drive swing plane, has barrel skills and moves the ball around the field, top of the order hitter who is going to hit for a high average and disrupt defenses. Excellent student, verbal commitment to South Carolina.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
