Kaden Heatherly is a 2023 RHP/1B with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Chelsea, AL who attends Chelsea. Large to Extra-Large frame with a lean, strong look showing a projectable build. Some room to fill out down the road. Ran a 7.80 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded pitcher showing a higher leg kick over the belt while working slow and deliberately. Drives well with the lower half as he transfers weight into throws. Stays behind the baseball while landing in line to his target. Longer arm circle in the back delivering from a three-quarter arm slot. Showing some arm speed while running his fastball up to 79 MPH. Curveball showing 11-to-5 movements with depth and a changeup with little movements that shows as his third pitch. Secondary Firstbaseman sitting back on the baseball before fielding it out front. Funnels it in deep to waist with footwork proving to be raw. Quick release with throws around the bag at times. RIghthanded hitter starting from a balanced look with an open front side. Bigger leg kick to a spread out stance. Slight bat wrap around the head with a longer swing path. Shows pop to the left-center gap at times. Named to 14u Fall Southeast Top Prospect List.
