2020 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase
Kaden Humphrey is a 2022 RHP/OF with a 6-2 153 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Gulf Coast HS. Recorded a 7.24 second 60-yard dash time. Good size with a lean build and a lot of room to fill out. Primary righthanded pitcher with an athletic operation and quality arm speed. Longer arm action with a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball topped out at 82 mph and showed some natural cutting life. Leg lift up to the belt and attacks up in the strike zone. Curveball has good shape with good projection and he also shows a straight changeup. Keeps the mechanics simple and can throw three pitches for strikes. Arm strength plays nicely from secondary position of the outfield. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Middle of the field approach with a full swing path. Shows good feel for turning the barrel over on line drive contact. Great student.
