Ethan Moore is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 5-11 178 lb. frame from River Forest, IL who attends Oak Park & River Forest. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 6.99 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop who has very advanced actions through the ball, quick and active feet that keep him on the move and balanced, confident to the back hand and rounds it well, very easy glove to hand transfers, has solid arm strength and is always in position to throw. Switch hitter at the plate, hits from a spread and open stance from the left side, has some uphill plane and barrel whip and some juice to the pull side. Sets up higher from the right side with a steeper plane into contact, still has strength at contact but not as fluid a swing from this side. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisville.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
