Caden Marcos is a 2024 SS/RHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Kell. Recorded a 7.39 second sixty yard dash time. Primary shortstop with good infield traits and skills to project on. Athletic actions with a quick release, moves well laterally and shows the ability to make plays on the move. Has solid range to both sides, will continue to improve moving forward. Right-handed hitter with an even and in line stance, utilizes a leg lift trigger and has a slight hitch in the hand load. Keeps the hands back well, creates separation and launches on time, solid sequence overall with good rhythm. Quick hands with easy feel for the barrel and the ball carries well. Excellent round of BP, produced consistent, hard line drive contact to the pull side, swing projects moving forward. Well-rounded player with upside on both sides of the ball. Great student. Named to the 2021 Main Event Top Prospect List.
