LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2021 Fall Midwest Workout Showcase
Mark Quatrani is a 2023 C/3B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Springfield, PA who attends The Haverford School. Recorded a 7.29 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with a strong and athletic build. Primary catcher with a high and side straddle set up, shows quick and twitchy actions. Smooth operation overall but is very explosive, clean and fluid transfers with low and accurate throws. Has obvious tools here with an athletic/flexible lower half and advanced arm strength. Flashed his arm strength from the infield as well, moves well laterally to both sides and has good feel for the glove. Right-handed hitter with an even stance and a deep hand set with arm bar, utilizes a big, hanging leg lift trigger. Has obvious bat speed and hand quickness, high intent swinger and struggles to repeat the operation at times. Long and flat swing path, has definite tools and will make great strides with small mechanical adjustments. Excellent student. Named to the 2021 Fall Midwest Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
