Evan Fernandez is a 2025 3B/RHP with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Palm Beach Gardens, FL who attends American Heritage Delray Beach. Big and strong build. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a hanging leg lift trigger, swings hard and has strength in his hands, will cast his hands out at times but has strength off the barrel when he stays direct and through the ball. 7.65 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, moves his feet well for his size and works behind the ball well, gets to his spots, has solid arm strength across the diamond, will need to continue to work on his lower half quickness and agility. Good student, verbal commitment to Mississippi State.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
