Andrew Williamson is a 2023 OF/1B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Seminole, FL who attends Northside Christian. Recorded a 6.91 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with plenty of time and room to fill out. Primary outfielder that exhibits clean footwork into the fielding process, funneling well off his front foot and maintaining momentum through release. Displayed clean gather into the throwing motion, while recording arm strength up 87 mph during drills. Extremely athletic with solid fundamental skill set. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and a leg lift trigger. Maintains excellent balance throughout swing process, incorporating a positive weight shift into contact. Lofted stroke with consistent bat-to-ball skills, loose hands and good feel for the barrel. Sound approach with repeatable, easy swing and consistent line drive impact to the pull-side. Will continue to improve with advancements physically. Good Student. Named to the 2020 National Underclass East Top Prospect List.
