Trenton Ramsey is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 5-10 153 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Trinity Catholic. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 6.86 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, abbreviated windup with a leg lift just up past belt, slight coil at top of delivery, incorporates lower half well into drive down the mound and uses the slope well. Fast arm through the back with a compact stroke up to a higher release point, shorter stride down mound. fastball topped out at 86 mph with occasional cut, settled in and filled up the strike zone to all four quadrants. Slurve shape to the breaker with two plane action to it up to 69 mph with feel and comfort to sequence while also showing a changeup at 77 mph. Athleticism and twitch to outfield actions, clean gather and maintains momentum through release, nice present arm strength and carry on throws with accuracy to the bag. Left-handed hitter, begins with a balance stance in the box, shows a loose and whippy swing with quickness to hands. Works on a linear plane, contact oriented approach with nice barreled contact to all fields, projects with added strength. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Miami.
