Robert X Mitchell is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 6-1 135 lb. frame from Garland, TX who attends Naaman Forest. Very slender young build. 7.14 runner in the sixty. Showed smooth and fluid actions in the outfield, aggressive to the ball with good body control, has solid young arm strength and carry and is very projectable, made a nice diving catch in centerfield in the games. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a shift to his front side, has some hand quickness with a line drive swing plane, hits to all fields. Also pitched, has an easy low tension arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with nice life, curveball showed tight spin and depth, has two-way potential on the mound. Nice athlete who will keep improving as he adds strength and physical maturity.
