Tucker Smith is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Summerfield, NC who attends Northwest Guilford. Recorded a 7.26 second sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop has a compact frame and glides to the ball with ease. He showcases good glove actions with a quick transfer and smooth release while accurately throwing 76 mph across the diamond. Left-handed hitter steps to the plate with an even stance, loads the back side well, and works the ball with a line drive swing as he is developing barrel control and backspin on the ball executing good bat speed. Excellent student.
