Aidan Larkin is a 2024 SS/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Cartersville, GA who attends Cartersville. Medium frame with a physical and athletic build. Ran a 7.00 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, athletic on the dirt and moves around well, good footwork and hands stand out, receives well on the move and looks natural, strong arm up to 87 across, good things to build on. Pitched too, strong arm there up to 86 with good life on the fastball, gets some angle to the glove side at times, landed shorter lateral breaker as best breaking ball. Right-handed hitter, big trigger and moves in well, lots of intent to his approach and hits the ball really hard, gets out front on time with great impact, peppered the pull side gap and has no problem creating leverage/launch. Great student. Named to 2023 Sunshine Southeast Top Prospect List.
