Ethan Burkhardt is a 2024 SS/RHP, C, IF, OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Lutz, FL who attends Bishop McLaughlin Catholic. Has a strong frame and should develop into a physical force in the future. Good athlete on the infield with instincts, takes good angles and a solid transfer with solid arm strength. Easy projection to stay on the left side. The right-handed hitter has a narrow stance, using a leg lift and a hand hitch to start his barrel turn. Really good bat speed and the ball comes off hard with consistency. Worked the middle and opposite field with intent. On the mound he sports a three pitch mix and locates his fastball with some intent on the pitch. A little cut at times. The curveball has downer shape and some tightness when he keeps his hand speed. Good two way projection to follow closely. Very good student.
