2022 Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Christian Jackson is a 2022 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Stockbridge, GA who attends Dutchtown. Outstanding athletic body, high waisted with long limbs and plenty of room to get stronger. 6.71 runner in the sixty, ran 6.42 at the 2021 PG National Showcase last summer. Primary infielder on defense, played especially well at third base during the games, has good lower half quickness and nice knee bend moving into the ball, strong arm with plenty of carry. Also plays the outfield and has the type of speed and arm strength to excel on the grass as well. Right handed hitter, has very fast hands and creates present bat speed, middle of the field line drive swing approach, there's more power in there as he learns to get extended and turn the barrel. Very projectable young athlete with a ceiling. Good student, signed with Georgia State. Named to the Preseason HS Showcase Top Prospect List.
