Braylon Brooks is a 2024 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Tuttle, OK who attends Tuttle. Medium frame with a strong and athletic build. Primary shortstop, very athletic and quick on the dirt, explosive to the spot and controls his body well with good balance, arm strength really allows him to play on the move, up to 90 across the diamond with easy carry. Also plays the outfield, athleticism and arm strength really translates, up to 94 on really strong throws, tracks balls well and aggressive as a whole. Pitches as well, up to 88 with good life from a fast arm, can spin a mid-70s breaking ball well and throws lots of strikes, can overwhelm hitters with the mix. Right-handed hitter, really explosive process and generates easy bat speed, enough quickness to release the barrel late, good strength off impact while being able to separate and leverage, sent some balls a long way to the pull side in his round, translates easily to game action.
