Jackson Rutledge is a 2017 RHP/1B with a 6-7 230 lb. frame from St. Louis, MO who attends Rockwood Summit HS. Big and strong well proportioned build. Medium effort delivery, short stride and gets over his front side well, tends to cut off his arm out front especially on his off speed, limited lower half drive to the plate. Fastball to 91 mph, heavy fastball life down in the zone. Curveball has 11/5 shape and good depth. Change up is straight but has good arm speed and some deception. Solid three pitch arsenal. Good student.
