Bradley Hodges is a 2022 LHP/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Fleming Island, FL who attends St. John's Country Day. Large, athletic frame with present strength to frame and additional room to fill throughout moving forward. Left-handed pitcher, starts with a longer, online arm action through the back working to a higher three-quarters release point, solid arm speed throughout. Fastball lived in the 89-92 mph range with good carry to it through the zone and shows running life to the arm side, worked around the zone. Tunneled the changeup extremely well with replicated arm speed and release point leading to multiple swing and miss, up to 78 mph, consistent present feel and plays off of the fastball very well. Curveball shows big 1-7 shape to it with depth up to 71 mph, the pitch projects moving forward as part of a complete arsenal. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Virginia.
