Cole Ruggeri is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Naperville, IL who attends Waubonsie Valley. Recorded a 7.40 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a tall and lean frame. Pitches exclusively from the stretch and begins delivery with a high leg lift to chest level. Nice tempo and athletic mover on the mound. Fast and loose arm, staying long through the back and releasing from a high-3/4 slot. Heavy sink and run to fastball, topping out at 86 mph. Repeats delivery well and flashed a sweeping breaking ball to pair. Found feel for breaker and landed for strikeouts. Secondary infielder and showed active footwork on the dirt. Snatch to hands and threw across with good arm strength across. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wide base. Can lag the barrel and swings with lots of intent. Length to path and can use the opposite field with authority. Flashed some impact to right centerfield. Verbal commitment to Missouri.
