Stoy Fohring is a 2024 C/ with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Milford, NJ who attends Delaware Valley. Medium, athletic build with some lean muscle present throughout his frame, loads of physical projection remaining to be added throughout. 7.63-second runner during the sixty. Primary catcher, low, side-saddle set up. Quick out of the crouch as he gains ground this target, playing at a high-tempo. Mid-line transfer, coming from a lower arm slot. Recorded a best pop time of 2.04-seconds. Flashes of arm strength, up to 74 mph, arm strength will continue to improve as he adds muscle. Right-handed hitter, open stance with a high back elbow. Taps into his lower half with a slight inward leg-lift-trigger, flashing some pull side juice when on time getting his foot down. Tight hands with a tendency to wrap his barrel behind his head, using a uphill swing plane as he works through extension. Displayed some feel for the barrel throughout his round and could quiet his movements to the ball. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
