Nate Soelter is a 2024 SS/RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Fairmont, MN who attends Fairmont. Wiry build. In the infield, he preps well with feel to work through the backhand, high energy footwork to charge it when required. Quick release produces advanced carry and strength across the diamond. At the plate, he sets up with medium base slightly open with a high back elbow. The load coils well into the backside with moderate leg lift. The bat speed has room to improve. Approach utilizes all fields. On the mound, the delivery works uptempo with moderate lift. Fastball overloads the zone playing fairly true. Curveball features 12-6 action and was execute on each occasion. Brief outing but came in and went after 3 consecutive batters. Plenty of armspeed present. 4.73 40-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
