Quinn Schambow is a 2025 C/RHP/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Libertyville, IL who attends Libertyville. Strong athletic build. 7.31 runner in the outfield. Primary catcher on defense, has good quickness in his actions, good footwork and has a compact exchange, plenty of raw arm strength, still learning to repeat his actions but has the athleticism to do so. Also worked out in the outfield and showed his arm strength well there. Right handed hitter, has a well controlled shift into contact, lifting swing with good separation through contact, has bat speed and lots of power potential. Also pitched, works from a simple wind up with good direction down the mound. Fastball worked in the upper 80's and was mostly straight. Slider was his best pitch with big spin and was tunneled well off his fastball, landed the slider for strikes well. Solid overall athlete with tools and some projection remaining. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
