Brendan Pyle is a 2026 3B/RHP, 1B, SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from St Peters, MO. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength portioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, sees the ball in deep, fields out front, arm plays across the diamond with strength and carry on throws, controls body well on the move; works to the ball hard in the outfield, low and accurate throws to intended base, easy actions and ball comes out cleanly. Also pitched, fastball topped out at 83 mph, repeats delivery and controls frame well; clean operation, shows nice present arm speed, up to 83 mph with fastball and showed life through the zone while working down; flashed a slider up to 71 mph with late biting action to it. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, clean set up with a simple move into contact. Uncoils moving towards the pitch, stays short and shows strength in hands. Generates lift out front and shows ability to impact the baseball to all fields, occasionally gets too inside the ball; swung it well in live action and collected extra-base hits. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 13u Perfect Game Select Festival.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
