Isaias Oquendo Cardona is a 2023 RHP/ with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Vega Alta, PR who attends Sunshine State Elite Academy. Primary right-handed pitcher with an ideal physical build with present strength. Employs a small side step before using a waist level leg lift to begin the delivery. Works a full arm circle through the back before releasing from a higher slot. Ran the fastball up to 84 mph showed feel for control. Good feel for slider that showed tight spin. Displayed the ability to locate his changeup arm side as well. Threw with intent and knows how to pitch. Showcased a three-pitch mix and threw them all for strikes. Named to the Florida Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
