Thavious Neal is a 2022 C/1B, 3B with a 5-11 210 lb. frame from Griffin, GA who attends Griffin. Recorded an 8.30 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher sits low and to the side as he reaches for the ball then shifts with a long transfer and gains some ground while accurately throwing the ball 70 mph with a pop time of 2.25. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with an open stance, high hands, and a high back elbow with a short stride swinging out on his front foot. Neal has a downhill path with the barrel and works the ball middle of the field approach. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
