Colby Lee is a 2024 C/RHP with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Algona, WA who attends Auburn Riverside. He has a shorter frame with a thick build. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.01 seconds. Primary catcher that starts with a slightly open stance. He has a low transfer and a long arm action. He stands on his throws and covers ground to second well. He can improve on his pop time by staying low and speeding up his release. Made accurate throws throughout his round. Secondary right-handed pitcher that has a knee-to-belt leg kick and is crouched throughout his motion. He fires with a short arm action from a high 3/4 arm slot. His fastball is straight and he worked it around the zone. His curveball is loopy and will continue to improve as he matures and develops. At the plate, he starts in a squatty stance with low hands. He has an opposite field approach and shifted his weight well through the swing. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
