Adrian Caron is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Queensbury, NY who attends Queensbury Senior. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength to frame. Ran a 7.28 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, deliberate tempo moving to the ball with extra steps moving into release, fields the ball out front, shows quickness to arm with an extended slot, worked around the plate well with present arm strength and carry, ball comes out cleanly. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a subtle leg lift trigger for timing. Short and compact swing through the zone, keeps hands inside the ball. Best contact when getting the barrel out front, contact oriented approach, worked mostly on a linear plane, gets downward through zone at times, can work to all fields. Very good student.
