Brayden Weis is a 2023 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-10 186 lb. frame from Whitehouse, OH who attends Anthony Wayne. Medium build with good present strength. High 3/4's to over the top arm action on the mound, gets into his back hip well over the rubber, creates good downhill plane to the plate when everything is on line and on time, tends to get off direction to the plate, compact arm action, some energy at release. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight. Slider showed good two-plane break at times. 8.24 runner, plays corner infield on defense when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, has a long and strong swing with some barrel whip, got the barrel into the zone on time consistently and drove the ball hard to the middle of the field, has some natural lift to his swing. Very good student.
