Clayton Kroschel is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Beaver Dam, WI who attends Wayland Academy. Athletic build that projects well. In the outfield the arm strength is apparent with advanced downhill carry and one hop accuracy. The glove secures cleanly out front and works well in unison with the feet. At the plate, he sets up in a crouched stance and even base. He utilizes a healthy leg lift load with compact hands, stays connected well on pitches midle in. He back spun line drives with intent to the pull side gap. On the mound, he's an uptempo order with quick arm stroke and over the top release. Commands a lively heater that he worked well up in the zone. Breaking ball is borderline 12-6 break and was landed to both sides of the dish with frequency. There’s plenty of arm talent here. Came in for a brief outing and just dominated for 6 minutes. Stuff should continue to improve with added maturity. 6.92 60-yard. Good student. Named to the Midwest Indoor Top Prospect list.
