Erick Arcay Collazo is a 2022 1B/OF with a 5-11 210 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Escuela Gilberto Concepcion de Gracia. Medium frame with a stocky build. Ran a 8.08 second sixty yard dash. Primary Firstbaseman, sitting back on the baseball as he fields the baseball out front. Does a good job of keeping the baseball out front. Arm proving to be accurate as he threw it 74 MPH across the diamond during drills. Secondary Left-Handed Pitcher, working into a side-step and lift to the belt. Balanced at all times as he goes on the deliver downhill. Shorter arm action with a deceptive arm slot. Fastball was up to 77 MPH with some slight cut to it. Also mixed in a curveball with slurvy actions. Left-Handed Hitter, starting from a balanced stance with a deep back elbow. Inside out type swing as he generated some bat speed. Looks to pull the baseball for power. Proved he could go gap to gap as well. Great Student.
