Kasen Oribello is a 2022 1B/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from New Haven, IN who attends Bishop Dwenger. Large build with present strength and athleticism. Ran a 7.67 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary first baseman. Flashed low out front funnels with deliberate actions working to and through the baseball. Displayed confident glove actions to go along with athletic actions working off first base towards second. Showed developing arm strength with accurate carry across the diamond topping out at 69 mph. Left handed hitter. Employs an upright even stance with a leg lift trigger creating a clean weight transfer moving forward. Showed a linear swing path with good barrel control showing the ability to find the barrel consistently. Displayed the abiliity to drive the ball to and through the gaps in the outfield when on time and squared as well. Great student.
