Graham Busbea is a 2023 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Jackson, MS who attends Jackson Preparatory. Long and lean build with plenty of projection at present. Ran the sixty in 6.95 seconds. A primary RHP, he throws from a low 3/4 arm slot with some funk involved that results in quality deception and allows the arsenal to play up. His fastball ranged from 81-84 MPH and generated a lot of uncomfortable swings. He also has a sweeping slider in his arsenal that has late bite and he showed advanced feel for locating it in the zone. In the outfield he had fluid actions and his top throw was recorded at 94 MPH. With the bat he works out of an open stance and has a flat path through the zone that he uses to spray line drives to all-fields. Oozing with projection on both sides of the ball and has a very high ceiling in the future. Also a great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
