2021 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 22)
Elijah Foster is a 2023 MIF/RHP with a 6-0 210 lb. frame from Plainfield, NJ who attends Seton Hall Preparatory. Large frame with strong, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.77 seconds. Hits from slightly open/upright stance with high and deep back elbow slot, elbow direction creates inside-out barrel path, strength when barrel is out front, projects for power with path adjustments. Worked out in the infield, two hands out front into compact funnel, longer lateral strides, lower arm slot with whip to arm stroke, clocked up to 85 mph across the diamond. Excellent student.
