Walker Pedante is a 2021 RHP with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Glen Allen, VA who attends Deep Run. Long and lean athletic build, projects well physically. Throws from a high 3/4's arm slot with nice extension out front, polished delivery that he repeats well. Mid to upper-80's fastball, topped out at 88 mph, gets heavy late exploding life on his fastball and can create weak swings with his combination of velocity and life, strike thrower who fills up the zone. Upper 60's breaking ball showed bite with consistent 11/5 shape. Gets nice fading action on a solid present change up thrown with good arm speed. Has significant upside as he physically matures and gets stronger. Good student. Named to the Sunshine Showcase Top Prospect List.
