Hudson Shoaf is a 2024 C/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Germantown, TN who attends Memphis University. Strong frame with present physicality. Primary catcher, gains ground with a quick pop time and jump in the knees. Quick, fluid transfer that repeats well in the motion. Solid arm strength from a compact arm action with good carry. Secondary outfielder, lower set with a quick transfer and direct arm. Arm stays short and compact with promising strength that should continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, gets the hips rotated with heavy hands and strength. Looks to lift from an uphill path. Physical presence on both sides. Good student.
