Lale Esquivel is a 2026 OF/RHP/UT with a 6-4 175 lb. frame from Grapevine, TX who attends Grapevine. Athletic with strength. Primary outfielder who looks the part out there. Smooth process fielding the ball out in front. Works through the ball well and gets good carry on his throws with plenty of arm strength to boot. Was quick and accurate to the bag up to 88 from the outfield. Also manned first base. Fielded the ball cleanly and could make all throws with accuracy. Moves well and can hop off the bag with athleticism. Also ran a 7.82 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a narrow base. High handset that stays still throughout the process. Creates leverage out in front and gets the front foot down on time. Uses a medium sized leg lift and stride for weight transfer and timing. Hit balls hard with authority to his pull-side. Easy strength in the hands with bat speed. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Miami University. Also named to the PG South Central Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
