Spencer Muffuletto is a 2023 SS/2B/OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Jefferson, GA who attends Jackson County. Smaller frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 6.91 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves around the dirt well with good range to each side; funnels the ball squarely out front with clean exchanges throwing accurate across the diamond from a three-quarters slot. Showed similar athleticism in the outfield working quick to the ball with a confident glove and a clean release that projects with strength. Right-handed hitter, sets up even and in line with a leg lift trigger for timing; shows fluidity to his swing path with solid hands and an innate ability to adjust the barrel head to find it at a consistent rate. Good foundation to the swing that projects with strength. Good student.
