Isaac Lucas is a 2022 LHP/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Oakland, CA who attends Oakland Technical. Medium frame with a sturdy build showing some strength in the lower half. Ran a 7.03 second sixty yard dash. Primary Left-Handed Pitcher, working with a side-step to a belt high lift. Quick paced motion as he drives down the hill. Intent in the delivery as he released from a higher slot. Shorter arm action as he goes right after hitters. Fastball up to 85 mph. Mixed in a parachute changeup in the upper-70's and rounded the arsenal off with a sharp slider showing 2-to-8 movements. Proved he could land the slider on the back foot of right-handed hitters while getting swing and miss. Left-Handed Hitter, balanced in the stance to start. No separation as he fires the hands with a linear swing path. Looks to pull the baseball when possible. Good Student.
