2021 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Jackson Hollingshaus is a 2022 RHP/SS, OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Mapleton, UT who attends Maple Mountain. Strong, physical build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.17 seconds. Primary RHP who throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. His heater sat 81-87 mph and the offering showed plenty of running action. His CB is a deep breaker while his CH showed some late fading action while throwing it with fastball arm speed. On the defensive side of the ball, his top throw from the outfield grass clocked in at 84 mph and from the infield his best throw was 80 mph. At the plate he hits out of a spread out, square stance. Plenty of loft in the bat path that is conducive to driving balls in the air. Great student.
