Andrew Freeman is a 2025 C/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Parkland, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. 6.95 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has flexible hips and good lower half quickness, moves well in his crouch and comes out of it well, gains ground very well into his throws, will continue to grow as a defender due to his athleticism and twitch. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a big shift into contact, fluid swing mechanics, has good hand quickness, lags the barrel a bit but creates some impact and carry to the middle of the field and the opposite field gap. Solid all around player with projection left. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisville.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
